The challenge
Three physical stores, a growing web shop and a marketplace presence, each with its own view of inventory. Stock was reconciled manually every week, and the gaps showed: online orders for items that had just sold out in-store, disappointed customers, and refunds that ate margin.
What we did
We unified all channels on a single ERP with integrated POS and a live ecommerce connection, so every sale, return and transfer updates one shared inventory in real time.
- POS rollout across all three stores with offline resilience.
- Two-way ecommerce sync: products, prices, stock and orders.
- Centralized purchasing with automatic reordering per location.
- A single customer record across store and online purchases.
The results
Overselling ended the week the sync went live. Weekly manual reconciliation is gone, staff trust the numbers on the screen, and the owner sees consolidated sales across all channels every morning instead of every month-end.
Returns are now processed in any channel regardless of where the item was bought, something the old systems simply could not do.
